Can't find the video?

• Play the video. Many sites only load the media once playback starts.
• Reload the page with the extension enabled and play it again.
• DRM-protected videos (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc.) and YouTube are not supported.

To cancel, change your card or see invoices, open the extension menu and click Manage. Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.

Reporting a problem

In the extension menu, click the bug icon next to the failed download: it copies a report you can paste into your email.
